In the basement, you will find the utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a separate basin and clothes drying rack. An additional freezer is provided with cooling elements for refridgerator boxes to take to the beach. Bath towels, regular towels and pool towels are included. The property is cleaned before and after rentings and once per week for rentings of more than one week. Additional cleaning can be arranged if required, at an additional cost.

In one of the cabinets you will find an iron and ironing board

The garage houses an ENEBE ping-pong table and all the things you need around the pool and terrace like sunbeds, mattresses, terrace chairs, floating bed, balls, etc.

The garage cannot be used for car parking; on-site parking area for 3 cars is available.

In the basement, you will also find the pool room. The pool room is not accessable for renters due to the technical equipment and chemicals used for pool maintenance. The pool is inspected and cleaned once a week by Sepogreen, usually on Monday. In case of any issues; Property Management will be available to assist you.
