For added convenience, there’s an extra freezer, which is perfect for storing frozen items. Along with the freezer, there are cooling elements for refrigerator boxes, making them great for keeping food and drinks cool during beach trips or outdoor activities.

For your comfort, the property provides bath towels, regular towels, and pool towels. These are all available for your use, so you won’t need to worry about bringing your own. The property is professionally cleaned before and after each rental, ensuring everything is spotless for your arrival. For stays of more than one week, an additional cleaning service is offered once a week. If you require further cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an extra charge.

An iron and ironing board are provided in one of the cabinets, making it easy to freshen up your clothes during your stay.

The garage is home to various items to enhance your enjoyment of the outdoor spaces. You’ll find an ENEBE ping-pong table, perfect for some fun and friendly competition. The garage also contains equipment for the pool and terrace, such as sunbeds, mattresses, terrace chairs, floating beds, and balls, all designed to make your time outdoors more comfortable and enjoyable.

Please note that while the garage is not available for parking, there is a dedicated on-site parking area with space for up to three cars, ensuring that you won’t have trouble parking during your stay.

The basement also houses the pool room, which is off-limits to guests. This room contains the technical equipment and chemicals used for pool maintenance, and for safety reasons, it is restricted to ensure proper handling. The pool itself is professionally inspected and cleaned on a weekly basis by Sepogreen, usually on Mondays, to ensure it remains in excellent condition for your use.
