The combined living and dining area, measuring approximately 7 by 7 metres, features 4 French windows opening onto the terrace and private pool on three sides. One sliding door leads to a unique 'internal' garden, offering excellent (and secure) ventilation. The seating area comfortably accommodates 8 people, ideal for gathering around the fireplace and TV. Both the living room and dining room lights are dimmable, creating a relaxed atmosphere.
The square dining table seats eight, and a small desk is available for use as office space or for computing. A fireplace provides additional heating during the cooler months. The villa is equipped with a 42" LED TV, DVD player, and mini Hi-Fi system, which includes Bluetooth functionality for pairing with mobile phones or tablets for in-room entertainment. Free high-speed Wi-Fi internet is available (approximately 200 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload). IPTV gives access to a wide range of international TV channels and movies, while the TV cabinet also houses a selection of DVDs for your enjoyment.
